Upphandlande myndighet är: Vänersborgs kommun Org.nr. 212000-1538

Kommunerna Lysekil, Munkedal, Sotenäs, Strömstad, Tanum, Trollhättan, Uddevalla och Vänersborg bedriver upphandlingssamordning under namnet VästUpp. Samarbetet syftar till att effektivisera kommunernas upphandlingsarbete inom de avtalsområden som bedöms lämpliga för samarbete. Genom det avtal upphandlande myndighet träffar efter tilldelningsbeslut har övriga kommuner, angivna i upphandlingsdokumentet, och deras bolag rätt att avropa de avtalade varor och tjänster avtalet innehåller till samma villkor som mellan avtalsparterna.

Upphandlingen avser papper till, så som kommunala tryckerier, övriga förvaltningar och verksamheter samt bolag hos upphandlande myndigheter och omfattar kopieringspapper och färgkopieringspapper i olika gramvikter, storlekar och förpackningsvariationer.

Avtalet omfattar de upphandlande myndigheternas behov av kopieringspapper och färgkopieringspapper för successiva avrop under avtalstiden. De upphandlande myndigheterna reserverar sig för att i avtalets omfattning och struktur kan komma att förändras på grund av organisationsförändringar och politiska beslut rörande respektive verksamhet. De upphandlande myndigheterna förbehåller sig rätten att vid behov prova andra leverantörers produkter i begränsad omfattning. Vissa produkter/produktområden kan finnas inom flera olika ramavtal.
