Section IV: Procedure
The procedure will be for max.5-year FwC,reasoning: -we hope in this way the tender to be more attractive for the insurers guaranteeing them a longer-term commitment -a part of the current insurance policies for some schools cannot be terminated before 1.1.23 or 1.1.24,these schools will be able to use the new FwC as of a later date and 5-year horizon would be more justifiable for schools/insurers
