List and brief description of conditions:

Tiekėjas, visi tiekėjų grupės nariai ir subtiekėjai, kurių kvalifikacija ar pajėgumais tiekėjas remiasi, pateikia užpildytą ir pasirašytą Europos bendrąjį viešojo pirkimo dokumentą pagal VPĮ 50 straipsnyje nustatytus reikalavimus.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Sutartinių įsipareigojimų įvykdymo terminas – per 90 (devyniasdešimt) dienų nuo sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos.

Neatlikus apmokėjimo nustatytais terminais, tiekėjo pareikalavimu pirkėjas privalo sumokėti tiekėjui už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną 0,1 proc. delspinigių nuo laiku neapmokėtos sumos.

Jei tiekėjas nepristato prekių nustatytu terminu, pirkėjas turi teisę pradėti skaičiuoti 0,1 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo laiku nepristatytos prekės kainos už kiekvieną termino praleidimo dieną. Delspinigiai negali viršyti 20 proc. (dvidešimt procentų) bendros sutarties kainos be PVM bei pirkėjas šią sumą gali išskaičiuoti iš tiekėjui mokėtinos sumos.
