The JRC Karlsruhe invites tenders for the maintenance of the facilities in Wings NCO, R and S on the premises of the JRC Karlsruhe. All Wings are outside the control and monitoring area. The offer includes maintenance tasks on ventilation systems (except refrigeration and air conditioning systems), sanitary, extinguishing and heating systems and the associated MSR system technology at field level in the NCO, R and S Wings.

The maintenance contract serves to ensure the operational readiness and operational safety of the above-mentioned systems with optimal function, long service life and economic operation through energy savings as well as the preservation and restoration of the target condition.

The preparation of an inventory list of the respective systems to be maintained and their components is part of the contract.
