Het doel van deze Aanbesteding is om één leverancier te contracteren voor de levering van afdrukapparatuur, bijbehorende software en het onderhoud hierop.

De looptijd van de nieuw te sluiten overeenkomst bedraagt vijf jaar (60 maanden) met de optie deze 2 keer te verlengen met één jaar (2 x 12 maanden).

Opdrachtgever wenst één Opdrachtnemer te contracteren die minimaal voorziet in:

• Levering en installatie van 111 multifunctionals en 17 printers op diverse locaties (zie Bijlage E).

• Levering en installatie van beheersoftware.

• Levering en installatie van Cloud gebaseerde printspoolersoftware inclusief Follow Me

• Onderhoud op afdrukapparatuur en geleverde software.
