The objective of the framework contract is to help explain, promote, implement and develop the IMP and CFP as well as raise public awareness of the objectives, issues and initiatives in these areas. This framework service contract will also include services for the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) and for the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA).
The call for tenders covers the following tasks and services:
A) designing, implementing and following up information and communication campaigns;
B) editorial tasks, creation of content and development of communication materials and management of databases for the distribution of information material and other purposes;
C) audiovisual services;
D) support to digital communication and online activities;
E) organisation of participation in events and fairs;
F) support for media relations.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The European Commission, represented for the purposes of this call for tenders by the Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, wishes to conclude a multiple framework service contract (FWC) in ‘cascade’ for information and communication activities relating to the European Union's integrated maritime policy (IMP) and the common fisheries policy (CFP). The multiple FWC in ‘cascade’ will be awarded to not more than the 2 highest ranked tenderers.
