The main objective of this call for tenders is to renew and consolidate the provision of all IT services for EFSA. To achieve this main objective this call for tenders is divided in 2 lots:
— lot 1: running services and application maintenance,
— lot 2: business transformation projects: project delivery of large organisation change development projects.
The specific objectives of the IT services provision are as follows:
— cost-effective service and project provision: lot 1 and lot 2,
— industry standard integrated service delivery processes: lot 1,
— dedicated client management organisation: lot 1 and lot 2,
— dedicated governance team for EFSA: lot 1 and lot 2,
— flexibility to change following technological developments or EFSA reorganisation: lot 1 and lot 2,
