II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This call for tenders covers the provision of national and international mail services for the EUIPO, which include the following:

1.1) Collection of all mail, whether ordinary or certified, produced by the EUIPO at its headquarters (avenida de Europa 4, 03008 Alicante, SPAIN) and delivery thereof to any national or international destination;

1.2) Delivery to the EUIPO headquarters of mail, ordinary and certified, addressed to the EUIPO, provided they use the services of the contractor;

1.3) Collection of non-urgent packages at the EUIPO headquarters and delivery thereof anywhere in the world, with acknowledgment of receipt signed by the recipient;

1.4) Management of customs documentation, where necessary, for non-urgent international packages;

1.5) Supply of envelopes or boxes adapted for transport, when needed by the EUIPO, always guaranteeing the safety and integrity of the shipment and at no additional cost;

1.6) Supply of boxes for sorting mail and other consumables such as acknowledgements of receipt and labels for certified mail;

1.7) Customer service for managing incidents, complaints and claims;

1.8) Availability of a service for sending telegrams and faxes of credible value from EUIPO terminals, through an account or code established by the contractor.
