L’objet principal du marché est la réalisation de l’enquête de terrain qui permettra d’alimenter la BD-SitEx.

Le marché est divisé en deux lots :

 Lot A : Organisation des relevés sur le terrain, coordination et management de l’équipe d’enquêteurs

 Lot B : Mise à disposition d’une équipe d’enquêteurs de terrain

Les données qui alimenteront la BD-SitEx seront pour l’essentiel collectées via une enquête sur le terrain. D’autres données seront extraites de BD existantes et seront préchargées dans la BD-SitEx.
