Limita valorica zilnica cuprinde pretul integral de achizitie a produselor, inclusiv taxa pe valoarea adaugata, cheltuielile de transport, distributie si depozitare a acestora, dupa caz.

Estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru:

Lot 1: cant. min. = 9,324,000.00 portii; cant. max. = 12,192,462.00 portii;

Lot 2: cant. min. = 15,540,000.00 portii; cant. max. = 20,320,770.00 portii;

Acord-cadru lot 1:

Val. min.: 7,459,200.00 lei, fara TVA. Val. max.: 9,753,969.60 lei, faraTVA.

Acord-cadru lot 2:

Val. min.: 8,080,800.00 lei, fara TVA. Val. max.: 10,566,800.40 lei, faraTVA.

Estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul celui mai mare contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru.

Autoritatea contractanta stabileste durata si frecventa contractelor subsecvente astfel: 1 contract subsecvent in semestrul I (din septembrie pana in decembrie), 1 contract subsecvent in ianuarie, pana la finalizarea semestrului I, 1 contract subsecvent in semestrul al II-lea.

Lot 1: cant. min. = 1,596,000.00 portii; cant. max. = 2,086,998.00 portii.

Lot 2: cant. min. = 2,660,000.00 portii; cant. max. = 3,478,330.00 portii.

Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent (contractul din semestrul al II-lea):

Lot 1: 36,614 portii/zi x 57 zile x 0.80 lei/portie = 1,669,598.40 lei, fara TVA;

Lot 2: 36,614 portii/zi x 95 zile x 0.52 lei/portie = 1,808,731.60 lei, fara TVA.

Nota:

Estimarile cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe intreaga perioada a acordului-cadru si a celor care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru, se regasesc in anexele la caietele de sarcini. Acestea se vor actualiza in functie de prezenta la cursuri a beneficiarilor de produse pe categorii de elevi din scoli si gradinite.

Nota:

Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 14 zile.

Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 20-a zi si a 10-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
