Pennaf Housing Group (PHG) seeks to establish a 4 year framework agreement consisting of 2 separate Lots (by 'works cost' value band). Up to 5 contractors will be appointed onto each Framework Lot. A broad range of construction works packages will be called off by PHG on an 'as required' basis to deliver its future works programme including (but not limited to) residential housing, nursing and/or residential homes, extra care homes, health/community centre projects, commercial enterprises with community groups together with associated infrastructure and public realm works. Works may also include remodelling and/or refurbishment of existing buildings and new build schemes. PHG will seek proposals (at tender stage) that deliver its social, economic and environmental sustainability objectives. Further and more detailed information is set out in a memorandum of information (MOI) which is available on request (see section VI.3)
