II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The increased operational management requirements and the electrification of the bus fleet are intended to provide an E-BMS (E-BMS) station management system.

The two East and Moosach stations in Munich will be equipped. Both stations have different framework conditions in the areas of vehicle assembly and passage. The fleet is mainly parked in block form.

The E-BMS should be designed for SWM’s cooperation partners as a man-made system.

The task will be to supply and fully implement a farm management system for (E-)buses (E-BMS) at the bus stations East and Moosach of the SWM. The supply includes the software package E-BMS, including interfaces to the SWM system landscape sub-systems, in particular the vehicle detection system to be procured separately on the farms with the circulating disposition modules, master data management, vehicle reservation and connection to the access and exit indicators. In addition, a maintenance contract will be concluded with the supplier.

Submission of requests to participate is a release of the procurement documents on the Supplier Portal (URL: see point I.3.). This should be requested with reference SV-DBÖ-200713-002. Only after activation will participating companies be actively informed by the contracting authority of any changes to the procurement documents or answers to questions from candidates during the participation period.

An application for review is inadmissible if more than 15 calendar days have elapsed from the date of receipt of the contracting authority’s notification that it does not intend to remedy a complaint (Paragraph 160(3)(1)(4) of the GWB). An application for review is also inadmissible in so far as the application is not notified until after the award of the contract (second sentence of Section 168(2) of the GWB). It is possible to award the contract 10 calendar days after dispatch (electronically or by fax) of the notification of the award decision (§ 134 GWB).
