AO 10706 Provision of graphic design services including static infographics
The purpose of the call for tenders is the selection of up to five (5) economic operators for the provision of creative services in the field of graphic design. The services to be provided are the following:
S1 – Graphic design of template/mock-up pages and layout of content for digital media and paper publications including provision of images,
S2 – Graphic design of logos,
S3 – Visual identity style guides,
S4 – Production of PowerPoint or similar presentations,
S5 – Supply of colour proofs,
S6 – Graphs in Adobe Illustrator or similar formats,
S7 – Icons in Adobe Illustrator or similar formats,
S8 – Animated GIFs,
S9 – Static infographics,
S10 – Consultancy services,
S11 – Electronic deliverables.

An authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the tenders. Companies wishing to attend are requested to notify their intention by sending an e-mail to email@example.com at the latest 24 hours in advance. This notification must be signed by an authorised representative of the tenderer and specify the name of the person who will attend the opening.

Any requests for additional information shall exclusively be submitted via eTendering.
Within two months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
