— Area C — Support with the implementation of the handling plan for nuclear safety.

The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

The requirement shall be documented as follows:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer must have their tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT) payments in order.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Tax certificate, not older than 6 months.

Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

The requirement must be documented with the previous years' revised accounts or a credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit information company that has a licence to perform such services.
