Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es handelt sich um Stemmarbeiten im EG-WT. Die Leichtbetonschicht und Gußasphaltschicht sollte wegen der Bodensanierung abgestemmt werden. Das Material musste per Schubkarre entsorgt werden. Die Leistungen Abbrucharbeiten im EG-WT sind zusätzlich erforderlich. Ein Wechsel des AN kann aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
