Hankinnan kohteena on Kirkon eläkerahaston suomalaisten osakkeiden täyden valtakirjan mandaatti. Sijoitukset tehdään suorina osakesijoituksina. Hankinnan kohteena olevan sopimuksen markkina-arvo on sopimuksen laatimishetkellä noin 80-90 000 000 EUR. Omaisuudenhoitosopimuksessa kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota vastuulliseen sijoittamiseen sekä omistajaohjaukseen.
