The contracting authority aims to establish a contract with a single contractor in order to conclude a study on economic value of EU quality schemes, geographical indications (GI) and traditional specialities guaranteed (TSG).
EU administrative appropriations
The estimated total value of the contract referred to in sections II.1.5 and II.2.6 of the present notice shall be considered as a maximum amount. As a result, tenders exceeding it will be rejected. Prices shall be all-inclusive: the European Commission will not pay expenses for any additional costs incurred from the execution of the contract.

A maximum of 2 representatives per tender, duly mandated, are allowed to attend the opening (proof of identity must be given by presentation of a passport or identity card). If tenderers wish to be present, they shall inform the evaluation unit C.4 of DG agriculture and rural development by e-mail no later than 1 week before the opening date, to the contacts indicated in point I.1.
