Przesunięcie terminu realizacji umowy dla Zadania 1 - dostawa oznakowanych samochodów z zamontowaną sygnalizacją dźwiękową oraz z zamontowanym „systemem łączności" - na podstawie art. 455 ust. 1 pkt 4) ustawy Pzp w związku z art. 15r ust. 4 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 2 marca 2020 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych (t.j.
