The general objective of the study is to enhance the Commission's and other stakeholders' understanding of the (planned) use of Technical Assistance at the initiative of Member States during the 2014-2020 period.
The study will create a better understanding of what Technical Assistance is used for. It will present cases of sustainable administrative capacity building through Techncial Assistance, in particular in the area of Human Resource Development.
The study will formulate recommendations on the effective and efficient use of Technical Assistance.
