Explanation:

Deze procedure is een vervolg op de Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure voor terreinonderhoud en groenvoorziening, gepubliceerd op 21 december 2023 onder TenderNed kenmerk 391513.

Naar aanleiding van de Europese, openbare aanbestedingsprocedure zijn geen inschrijvingen ontvangen. Op basis van dit resultaat kiest Fontys voor de toepassing van de onderhavige onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging, zoals bedoeld in de Aanbestedingswet 2021 onder paragraaf 2.2.1.7.
