Jei nei viena iš sutarties šalių likus 30 (trisdešimčiai) dienų iki sutarties galiojimo termino pabaigos raštu nepraneša apie nesutikimą pratęsti sutarties galiojimo terminą, suėjus sutarties galiojimo terminui sutartis automatiškai pratęsiama 12 (dvylikai) mėnesių jeigu nėra pasiekta Pradinės sutarties vertė. Tokiu būdu Sutartis gali būti pratęsiama 1 (vieną) kartą.

Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas Pirkimo sąlygų 7 priedo 8 skyriuje numatytais delspinigiais (0,02 proc. ) ir baudomis (nuo 100 iki 500 Eur, 10 proc.).

Atsiskaitymo tvarka: atsiskaitoma kartą per mėnesį per 30 k. d. nuo sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos.
