Description of renewals:
If neither of the parties gives notice in writing of his disagreement with the renewal of the contract 30 (thirty) days before the expiry of the contract, the contract shall be automatically renewed for 12 (twelve) months at the end of the contract if the value of the original contract is not reached. In this way, the Treaty may be renewed once (one time).

Performance of the contract shall be ensured by the default interest provided for in Chapter 8 of Annex 7 to the procurement conditions (0.02 %. and fines (from EUR 100 to EUR 500, 10 %).
Settlement procedure: payment shall be made once a month within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
