II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Nadgradnja informacijskega sistema iI bo potekala v dveh fazah, ki se izvajata vzporedno.

Prva faza se izvaja po principu na ključ in je razdeljena na 4 dele:

- 1. del: Izvajalec na podlagi lastne analize izdela in predloži v potrditev naročniku Projekt za izvedbo (PZI) za 2., 3. in 4. del prve faze.

- 2. del: Povezava izvršilnega vpisnika s sistemom za pregledovanje vsebine spisov v elektronski obliki (eSpis).

- 3. del: Povezava izvršilnega vpisnika s sistemom za hrambo gradiva (Archeía).

- 4. del: Novi dostopi in povezovanja z zunanjimi evidencami (DIES) ter poenotenje DIES aplikacij.

Druga faza se izvaja po principu Time&Material na podlagi naknadno definiranih zahtev, ki bodo obsegale naloge, ki jih trenutno še ni mogoče opredeliti, se bodo pa izkazale kot nujno potrebne pri izdelavi ali uporabi rešitev iz 2., 3. in 4. dela prve faze, ter nove funkcionalnosti in popravke obstoječih funkcionalnosti v izvršilnem vpisniku ter na podportalu eIzvršba (portal eSodstvo).
