II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The European Parliament is looking for a provider of external expertise relating to developing innovative solutions in the field of office facilities management, including for integrated IT solutions, access control and security as well as innovative facility management practices. The expertise shall be provided in the form of, inter alia, briefing papers, in-depth analyses and studies, delivered upon ad-hoc request, within a limited and defined time-frame. The framework contract would also cover associated services such as attendance at related meetings at the Parliament’s premises, presentations by lead experts and the organisation of workshops as appropriate.
Importantly, expertise shall focus notably on innovative development in the field and will be based on valid research, documented references and sound analysis, relevant to the work of the different participating DG.

The European Parliament will organise an optional information session to take place on 7 September 2021 at 10.00 am in Brussels, Belliard Street, no 80, Belgium.
A maximum of two representatives per company may participate.
To prepare your entry pass, please send via email (to INLO.AO.DIR.A@ep.europa.eu) your company name and the name, position, identity card number and date of birth of the attendees, 2 working days before the visit.
This registration will be confirmed via email.
The European Parliament will issue a report following the visit, which will be transmitted via the website eTendering.
Any travel costs relating to the site visit are to be borne by the economic operator and will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
Attendance at the information session is optional.
During the information session, economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender.
The languages used during the visit will be French and English.
