The objective of the framework contract is to provide services related to building maintenance, grouped together as follows:
Field A. Management.
Line item A.1: management, coordination, assistance and advice.
Field B. Technical.
Line item B.1: computer-assisted maintenance management during normal hours; preventive maintenance, breakdown service; operation of installations.
Line item B.2: breakdown service and operation outside of normal hours.
Line item B.3: any related services not covered by the previous line items, upon request.
Domain C. Tradespeople, with sub-fields:
— joinery/locksmith and similar, doors, windows;
— painting, wall and floor coverings;
— metalwork;
— masonry and structural works.
Line item C.1: services on request.
