Om de regio beter vorm te kunnen geven, breidt DDS haar diensten fors uit. Hiervoor wenst men een nieuw kantoorgebouw op eigen terrein op te richten. Het gebouw moet niet alleen fungeren als een zichtbaar aanknopingspunt voor de (her)ontwikkeling van de hele bedrijfssite, maar ook de nieuwe werking en visie van beide intercommunales veruitwendigen, waarin duurzame energie en dito ruimtegebruik voorop staan.
