Državna revizijska komisija za revizijo postopkov oddaje javnih naročil (v nadaljevanju: Državna revizijska komisija) je s sklepom številka 018-185/2021-6 sprejela odločitev, da se vloženemu zahtevku za revizijo zoper dokumentacijo v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila ugodi in se v celoti razveljavi postopek oddaje predmetnega javnega naročila.

Naročnik posledično ugotavlja, da je skladno s Sklepom državne revizijske komisije številka 018-185/2021-6 z dne 23. 12. 2021 celoten postopek oddaje javnega naročila razveljavljen.
