Zakres zamówienia obejmuje odbieranie odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Kondratowice oraz ich transport od wszystkich mieszkańców w okresie zamówienia od 01.01.2022 do 31.12.2022 oraz przekazanie odebranych odpadów do zagospodarowania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Szacowana ilość masy odpadów komunalnych wynosi 1375,30 Mg (na podstawie danych z ostatnich 12 miesięcy)
