II.1.4)Short description:

Servicii de curățenie și întreținere a sediului AM POCA pentru o perioadă de 48 de luni și achiziție sisteme de igienă.

Achiziționarea serviciilor va contribui la asigurarea curățeniei curente, săptămânale și generale, pe o suprafață totală cuprinsă între 650 și 1.100 metri pătrați.

Se propune încheierea unui acord-cadru cu maxim 3 operatori economici, atribuirea contractelor subsecvente urmând a se realiza fără reluarea competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru.

Frecvența contractelor subsecvente: se estimează că se vor semna contracte subsecvente, pentru perioade cuprinse între 3 si 12 luni.

Valoarea maximă a acord-cadru: 1.018.944,35 lei fără TVA

Valoarea minimă a acord-cadru: 88.794,20 lei fără TVA

Valoarea maximă a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 258.966,30 lei fără TVA

Valoarea minimă a celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 66.645,15 lei fără TVA

Termenul maxim pentru solicitări de clarificari este cu 15 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor stabilit în anunțul de participare. Solicitările de clarificări vor fi încărcate în SEAP, semnate cu semnătură electonică extinsă.

Răspunsul consolidat va fi postat cu 10 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor stabilit în anunțul de participare.
