Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Zuge der weiteren Planung zu den RWA Kuppeln wurden die weiteren Anforderungen definiert. Zusätzlich kamen die Anforderungen vom TÜV die übernommen wurden. Änderungen sind wie folgt: Bisher waren die Maße 120 x120 cm und 100 x 150 cm angeboten und nunmehr wurde die Bestellgröße auf 100 x 100 cm geändert. Weiterhin sind alle Positionen von Z26.3-26.8, als auch der Titel 2 neu in der Kalkulation und Ausführung.
