Provision of reception, advice and assistance services for visitors at the European Information Centre of the European institutions in Luxembourg — COMM-PP-2019-000031
The European Commission is looking for a qualified service provider to help the European Commission representation in Luxembourg to receive, advise and assist visitors at the European Information Centre of the European Union House in Luxembourg in a customised manner.
Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg.
The purpose of the contract is to help visitors of the Centre in their search for information, to inform them about European policies, and to answer their questions and requests. Questions and requests made by telephone, letter or email from individuals, businesses or public institutions should also be answered. Each month, the Centre receives between 500 and 600 requests (visit, telephone or email).

Electronic opening session at the European Commission representation in Luxembourg.
A maximum of 2 representatives per tenderer, and representatives of the contracting authority.

You may submit any observations concerning the procurement procedure to the contracting authority using the contact means under Section I. If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu).
Within 2 (two) months of notice of the award decision, you may launch an action for annulment of the award decision. Any request you may make and any reply from us, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an appeal for annulment or to open a new period for launching an appeal for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in Section VI.4.1).
