The Council is seeking a number of contractors to provide highways services across the county of West Sussex. The services comprise 6 lots, incorporating:

Lot 1: Core Services;

Lot 2: Drainage Cleansing;

Lot 3: Hedge Maintenance and Grass Cutting;

Lot 4: Carriageway and Footway Resurfacing;

Lot 5: Carriageway Surface Dressing and Carriageway and Footway Treatments; and

Lot 6: Infrastructure Improvement Planned Works.

Lots 1-3 will be awarded to a sole operator per lot under term service contract with additional Z clauses for 5 years with the option to extend up to a further 5 years (10 years maximum).

Lots 4-6 will be framework agreements awarded a maximum of 5 contractors per lot under single lot under NEC4 ECC framework contract for 4 years. No option to extend.
