Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Der in der Ausschreibung berücksichtigte Teilrückbau der Attika des Bestandsdaches über der LuR-Halle war nicht möglich, da er zu Beschädigungen geführt hätte. Daher wurde die Ausführung geändert. Neben der Mengenmehrung aufgrund des vollständigen Errichtens der Attika wurden auch Materialanpassungen vorgenommen.
