The Framework Agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an automatic extension for 1 — 1 year at a time up to 2 times. Total of 4 years. A tax certificate is required, which is not older than 6 months. A company registration certificate is required. See the tender documentation, 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 for further information.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Self-declaration form, ESPD form. The following will be requested from the winner of the competition, or if there is doubt about whether the requirements are fulfilled: Credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Self-declaration form, ESPD form.

The following will be requested from the winner of the competition, or if there is doubt about whether the requirements are fulfilled:

— description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years.

— the list must include a statement of the assignment´s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).

It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to competence in the personnel they have at their disposal and can use for this assignment, even if the experience was gained whilst the personnel carried out the service for another supplier.
