The Office wishes to conclude service contracts for the provision of banking services for the deposit of funds with up to three (3) contractors.
The Office may deposit between EUR 20 000 000 and 50 000 000 with each contractor. No undertakings are given regarding the balance that will be maintained on the business saving accounts.

The purpose is to cover the following services:
1) Business savings accounts for the deposit of funds in euro;
2) An internet based online banking system enabling the Office to manage the transfers and the investments through the financial institution’s secure website;
3) Monthly and yearly bank statements for all the accounts in electronic format;
4) A relationship manager who will supervise and manage all services and ensure the smooth running of the contract, including regular and/or specific requests from the Office;
5) A technical support helpdesk as a first point of contact for any queries relating to day-to-day banking activities

Point 6.2.3 Legal and regulatory capacity: tenderers must be banking institutions. The tenderer shall provide a declaration on their honor, duly signed and dated by an authorised representative, as part of their tender response, stating that they have the legal and regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity needed for performing the contract.
The awarded contractor must provide the particular authorisation proving its legal and regulatory capacity before the signature of the contract.
