Die zentral betriebenen Microsoft-basierten IT-Infrastrukturen des Auftraggebers erfordern einen Herstellersupport. Aufgrund Auftraggeber-seitiger technisch-fachlicher Anforderungen und aufgrund bestehender Alleinvertriebsrechte des Auftragnehmers kann der Support alleine durch den Auftragnehmer betrieben werden.
