Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es handelt sich um eine zusätzliche Leistung im bereits beauftragten Planungsabschnitt in welchem der AN tätig ist. Für eine richtlinienkonforme Entwurfsplanung und eine genehmigungsfähige Genehmigungsplanung ist die korrekte Einarbeitung des neuen Standortes unter den fachlichen Gesichtspunkten aller beteiligter Gewerke (EEA, OLA, FA, TK, LST, KTB) notwendig. Bei Vergabe der Leistungen an einen Dritten entstünden Behinderungen im Planungs- und Terminablauf der Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung sowie zusätzlichen Koordinierungsaufwand welche nicht durch einen Vergabegewinn kompensiert werden könnten.
