Der Ortsteil Ströbeck der Stadt Halberstadt ist seit jeher eng mit dem Schachspiel verbunden. Die gelebte Tradition des Spiels wird seit Generationen gepflegt und ist ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal von überregionaler Bedeutung. Dies spiegelt auch die Aufnahme in die Liste des "immateriellen Kulturerbes" wider.

Zentraler Bezugsort innerhalb des Schachdorfes ist das ehemalige Gasthaus am "Platz am Schachspiel 117". Dieses ortsbildprägende Denkmalschutzobjekt soll nun saniert werden und anschließend als Mittelpunkt des Gemeinschaftslebens allen Generationen zur Verfügung stehen. Zusätzlich soll das Schachmuseum in den Räumlichkeiten untergebracht werden.

Grundlage der Planung sind ein bereits vorliegendes Nutzungskonzept und der Bewilligungsbescheid des Fördermittelprogramms "Soziale Integration im Quartier". Im Rahmen der ersten Beauftragungsstufe ist vom Planungsbüro eine Entwurfsplanung zu erstellen, die dem bewilligten Fördermittel-rahmen entspricht, innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitraums umsetzbar ist und das Nutzungskonzept möglichst umfassend abbildet´

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Planung der technischen Ausrüstung in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 nach § 53 ff. HOAI Leistungsinhalt sollen die Grundleistungen der einzelnen Leistungsphasen gemäß Anlage 15 (zu § 55 Absatz 3, § 56 Absatz 3) HOAI sein. Eine detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung ist dem beigefügten Vertragsmuster zu entnehmen. Auf Grundlage von Anlage 15 HOAI wird diese Maßnahme der Honorarzone II zugeordnet. Es ist beabsichtigt eine stufenweise Beauftragung durchzuführen: - Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 nach § 55 HOAI - Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 4 bis 5 nach § 55 HOAI - Stufe 3: Leistungsphasen 6 bis 8 nach § 55 HOAI - Stufe 4: Leistungsphase 9 nach § 55 HOAI Die Besonderen Leistungen sind der Vergabeunterlage zu entnehmen.
