Beauftragung von Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 3 HOAI Teil 4 § 55 für die Anlagengruppen:

4. Starkstromanlagen;

5. Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen;

3. Lufttechnische Anlagen;

für den Neubau eines Bibliotheks- und Hörsaalzentrums an der Technischen Universität Bergakademie Freiberg.

Den Gesamtbaukosten in Höhe von 34.700.000 EUR liegt ein genehmigtes Raumprogramm mit einer Gesamtfläche von 7 387 m² zu Grunde. Der Bibliotheksnutzung wird davon eine Fläche von 6 364 m² zugeordnet. Auf das Hörsaalzentrum entfallen 1.023 m². Die Kosten für die zu bearbeitenden Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 betragen ca. 3 000 000 EUR. Als Zielstellung für die Erstellung der Entwurfsplanung ist Ende 2016 vorgesehen. Die Bauzeit soll 36 Monate betragen.

Es handelt sich um einen Sonderbau besonderer Art oder Nutzung nach § 2 Absatz 4 Ziffer 5, 6, 7 und 11 Sächsischer Bauordnung (SächsBO).
