Servicii de evaluare și expertiză bunuri mobile/imobile, aferente activităţii desfășurate de către Direcţia generală executări silite cazuri speciale, în conformitate cu

prevederile art. 232 din Legea nr. 207/2015 privind codul de procedură fiscală, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, precum şi ca urmare a confiscării speciale sau extinse dispusă în materie penală, în conformitate cu prevederile O.G. nr.14/2007 pentru reglementarea modului şi condiţiilor de valorificare a bunurilor intrate, potrivit legii, în proprietatea privată a statului şi Normele de aplicare ale ordonanţei, reglementate prin H.G. nr.731/2007. Evaluările se vor efectua în conformitate cu prevederile Standardelor Internaționale si Europene sau echivalent cu autorizări internaționale si europene. Servicii de expertiză prevăzute la art. 63 privind

codul de procedură fiscală, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, a bunurilor mobile/imobile vor fi solicitate ori de câte ori se consideră necesar de către organul fiscal, dacă organul fiscal nu este lămurit prin expertiza efectuată, poate dispune întregirea expertizei sau o nouă expertiză.

Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari: 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor
