Description of renewals:

Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt 3 Jahre. Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils 1 Jahr, sofern dieser nicht von einem der Vertragspartner schriftlich mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten zum Ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit gekündigt wird. Anschließend verlängert sich der Vertrag um 1 weiteres Jahr, sofern dieser nicht von einem der Vertragspartner schriftlich mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten zum Ende des dritten Jahres gekündigt wird. Die maximale Vertragslaufzeit beträgt insgesamt 6 Jahre.

Ist die Maximaldauer des Vertrages erreicht, endet dieser automatisch ohne vorherige schriftliche Kündigung.
