Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Pod koniec roku 2021 występowały nieprzewidziane i częste obfite opady deszczu i śniegu, które powodowały gołoledź oraz zaspy śnieżne. W związku z realizacją ciągłości zadań statutowych mających na celu zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa użytkownikom ruchu drogowego zwiększył się zakres wykonywanych usług , co spowodowało wzrost wartości umowy.
