Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Die Abbruchmaßnahme Bonner Straße 397 bedingt eine Änderung der bereits freigegebenen Ausführungsplanung. Die Aufteilung der Nebenanlagen war anzupassen und eine Zufahrt zu ergänzen. Dies war in alle Lagepläne zu übernehmen.

Der Gesamtcharakter des Ursprungauftrages bleibt dadurch unverändert. Der preis ist um weniger als 50 % des ursprünglichen Auftrages erhöht. Der Wechsel zu einem anderen Auftragnehmer wäre im vorliegenden Fall nicht wirtschaftlich und würde sowohl zu zeitlichen Verzögerungen als auch zu Mehrkosten führen. Die Tatbestandsvoraussetzungen des § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 WB sind erfüllt
