An opportunity to present questions relevant to the contractor's tender submission will be available at a mid-tender review. The mid-tender review will take the following format:

— the date of the review has yet to be finalised although currently programmed for 11 September 2020;

— media: Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business or similar;

— the contractor is to confirm their requirement to participate in a mid-tender review in writing to the employer's Agent within 2 weeks of the date of issue of the tender documents;

— a 1-hour appointment slot will, thereafter, be allocated.
