Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Für die Planung des barrierefreien Umbaus der Verkehrsstation am Bf. Hattersheim (Los 1) wurden die Planungsleistungen

inkl. den Vermessungsleistungen vergeben. Hierfür wurden die Vermessungsgrenzen ursprünglich im Bereich der

Bahnsteigenden gesetzt. Aufgrund von Vorgaben der Ingenieurvermessung der DB Netz mussten diese

Vermessungsgrenzen erheblich erweitert werden und somit ein größeren Bereich von Gleisen vermessen werden.

Zudem entsprach die Qualität des örtlichen Festpunktfeldes nicht den ursprünglichen Angaben der DB Netz AG und weitere

Vermessungsarbeiten zum Nivellement der Gleise wurde notwendig.
