VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Het realiseren van en derde netwerk-knooppunt op een nieuwe loccatie. Hiertoe dienen ontwerp-, voorbereiding- en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden uitgevoerd te worden. O.a. voor de aanpassing van de reeds gebouwde glasvezelringen en het aanleggen van extra glasvezeltracés.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Conform de eisen in het contract en het ontwerp van het glasvezel-netwrk dienen er 3 netwerk-knooppunten ingericht te worden zodat alle objecten redundant aangesloten kunnen worden. Het knooppunt maakt deel uit van de primaire ring en is een essentieel onderdeel van de bediencentrale. Het knooppunt was voorzien bij object Willemsluizen. Dit object blijkt door externe ontwikkelingen gedurende het project niet de meest geschikte locatie meer te zijn. Het 3e knooppunt dient gerealiseerd te worden op een nieuwe locatie, nl. 't Schouw.
