Catering Services for Meetings and Events
ESMA needs catering services and supplies for meetings and events, primarily at ESMA headquarters – but exceptionally elsewhere in the Paris metropolitan area.
The catering is required mostly for meetings and includes the following (non-exhaustive): coffee break, sandwich and buffet menu (cold or hot) and supply of stock items.
The duration of the contract 12 months, renewable maximum 3 times, each time for 12 months.

Tenderers may send a representative to the opening session, however this must be notified to ESMA at least 2 working days in advance of the opening session. During the opening session only the physical integrity and timeliness of the tenders is checked.
