De gemeente Tholen, hierna te noemen aanbestedende dienst of opdrachtgever, is voornemens een opdracht te verstrekken voor de levering en het onderhoud van één vrachtwagen met haakarmsysteem en hydraulische laadkraan. De leverancier wordt hierna aangeduid als (potentiële) inschrijver of opdrachtnemer. Na gunning dient het voertuig inclusief op- en aanbouwdelen zo spoedig mogelijk maar uiterlijk 1 september 2023 volledig gebruiksklaar te worden afgeleverd.
