De leverancier wordt hierna aangeduid als (potentiële) inschrijver of opdrachtnemer. Na gunning dient het voertuig inclusief op- en aanbouwdelen zo spoedig mogelijk maar uiterlijk 1 september 2023 volledig gebruiksklaar te worden afgeleverd.
