Bromford Housing Group Limited (Parent of the Group) as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future entities and subsidiaries (together “Bromford”) wishes to invite interested organisations (“Potential Contractors”) to participate in a procurement process to award a Contract for the Supply of Roofing Works to Existing Homes. A programme of roofing works will be agreed for each financial year consisting of both planned and reactive refurbishments of roofs, all to be major works and mainly replacements. The scope includes survey, design and installation of all roofing and associated works (such as guttering, facia, chimney works, installation of sun tubes, roof windows and soakaways for rainwater disposal) and roofline products to various type of buildings/structures, all to be ordered as turnkey projects, incl. liaison with residents, all enabling works, site preparation, labour, material, plant, tools, PPE, access equipment (incl. scaffolding) etc.

The Contract is to be awarded on the basis of the JCT Measured Term Form of Contract 2016 as amended by Bromford. A map of the geographical areas included in Lot 1 — North is provided in the ITT documents.
